Helga Plumb born in Bruck/Mur, Austria in 1939, graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor in Architecture in 1963 and a Masters of Architecture in Urban Design in 1967. She was a partner of the Dubois Plumb Partnership, an architectural firm in Toronto, Canada from1979-1993.
